Welcome to EventCraft! By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Agreement:
When you book an event with EventCraft, we agree to provide event planning services as outlined in the contract. This includes venue sourcing, event design, and management, depending on the package selected.
2. Payment Terms:
All event bookings require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. For bespoke events, payment terms will be customized and outlined in the contract.
3. Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your event, you must do so at least 14 days prior to the event date to receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If EventCraft needs to cancel the event for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund.
4. Liability:
EventCraft is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss that occurs during your event unless caused by the negligence of our staff. We work with trusted third-party vendors, but we are not liable for any issues that arise from their services.
5. Intellectual Property:
All event concepts, designs, and materials provided by EventCraft are our intellectual property. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written consent.
